She certainly doesnt.

I always try to develop good relationships with all members of the families in our community, not just those whom we represent, says Kathleen. And that includes trying to help them overcome obstacles in their businesses, or simply giving them advice on any particular matter as a friend.

One of my biggest challenges is to sell homes that were previously almost impossible to sell, Kathleen says. This often involves a lot of hard work and research, not the least of which includes finding the right financial company so our clients pay the least amount of interest.
Her personal philosophy, not co-incidentally, reflects those of the company she owns, and one word seems to sum up this attitude best dedication.
I never place anything, including my own interests, before the loyalty and duties of my clients, she says. I believe that our true value can be measured only by the level of respect which weve earned from both our past clients and our current competitors.
That philosophy also includes an in-depth understanding of each customers needs and a commitment not only to serve a diverse clientele, but to contribute to local businesses and the community as a whole.
When shes not relaxing with a captivating book, youll likely find Kathleen cooking or listening to modern or classical music. Kathleen is an avid cyclist and also enjoys trekking through conservation areas around Grey Bruce.
